The Role
This role would suit a true people person, team player and someone who is interested or passionate about the renewable energy sector.
The Role:
Sales and Technical Trainer
Salary:
$106,400 - $159,600 + Super (8.3% yearly increase)
Location:
Melbourne (Hybrid, 2 days in, 3 days from home. They'll consider fully remote too).
Length:
Permanent, Full-Time
Key Skills:
- Degree qualified in Engineering/Science discipline with sales training experience, or qualified in Training and Development with technical experience.
- Likely to have at least 2 years' experience in a training role
- Exemplary written and verbal English skills
- Good skills in developing training content. Knowledge of training authoring tools (i.e. Articulate or other) is a plus.
Bonus Skills:
- Additional language to English
- Experience in Solar / Heat Pumps / inverters / battery storage solutions
