About the role:

We are seeking a Strategy Analyst to be based in our Sydney CBD office.

This role has been created to support the strategy and initiative delivery through strategic insights and data-driven decision-making for the Medical Indemnity business line.

The key responsibilities include:

Analyse market trends and opportunities through competitor analysis.
Provide datadriven insights to support strategic decisionmaking.
Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and align strategies.
Conduct research to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
Collaborate on the development of strategic initiatives.
Contribute to strategic thinking and planning processes.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Tertiary qualifications in an analytical or numerate discipline.
Prior experience in management consulting or the insurance industry is preferable.
Strong analytical capability and problemsolving skills.
Experience in financial projections and analysis.
Understanding of key business drivers, their impact on the business and using this information to drive informed decision making.
Strong time management and resource prioritisation skills.
Strong Excel reporting and data manipulation experience.
