Job Description:


Due to the company's continuing growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Bid Executive to join our Sydney CBD-based Business Development Centre (BDC) and play an integral role in enhancing productivity and supporting the Team to deliver winning submissions, pitches and presentations across the national business.


A snapshot of what your role will look like

  • Coordinate the preparation, development and delivery of tailored submissions and marketing materials for major projects, including bids, pitches and presentations.
  • Alongside the BDC team, workshop bespoke and creative bid delivery solutions that provide a point of difference, including template designs, project branding and EDM formats.
  • Attend and participate in project briefing and bid kickoff meetings.
  • Identify and source relevant content to support the requirements of each bid.
  • Effectively engage with a range of stakeholders and SMEs across our various service lines to coordinate bid input and content requirements.
  • Assist with reviewing, editing and developing bid content in line with the Colliers brand, such as team profiles, case studies and capability statements.
  • Uphold all client and third party confidentiality requirements, as may be required as part of the bid process.
  • Act as a custodian of the BDC's bid content, template and knowledge library.
  • In collaboration with the BDC Team, assist with the quality management of bid templates and supporting collateral across the business, ensuring compliance with BDC best practice pitching processes and Colliers brand guidelines.
  • As required, provide support to our Graphic Designer, including contributing to, updating and formatting content in Adobe InDesign, creating EDM templates and sourcing imagery.
  • Monitor, review and update BDC content on our various communications platforms, including the Colliers ANZ Hub.
  • Actively contribute to regular team meetings, including ideas to streamline and enhance the BDC's delivery platform and grow our service offering.


This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of internal stakeholders on a broad variety of property projects for both private and government sectors.

As part of Colliers' Corporate Marketing and Communication Team, you will also have opportunity within the BDC to contribute to the development and implementation of national marketing and communications initiatives for the broader ANZ business.


Qualifications:


In addition to a genuine passion for project coordination, a creative mind and an eye for design, you will have:

  • Qualifications in marketing, business or communications, with previous hands-on bid coordination experience in a professional services or B2B environment.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to think on your feet and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • A proactive, cando attitude with the ability to multitask.
  • Willingness to work beyond standard working hours to meet deadlines, as required.
  • The desire to share your enthusiasm, energy and ideas to drive success within the Team and wider business.

Additional skills you may have to accelerate your success in the role (preferable, but not essential)

  • Background in and/or understanding of the commercial property industry.
  • Experience in graphic design and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Experience in video production and/or editing and animation (After Effects, Premier Pro).
  • Working knowledge of or experience with HubSpot, Canva, Flipsnack and other creative online platforms.
