Seeking EOI for a FULL-TIME Business Unit Manager to be part of a newly structured EBU with two top selling agents.

Forget hens teeth, this role is much rarer.

This will be your platform to start what will be an exciting and fast paced career in the #realestateindustry, representing one of Perth's most highly acclaimed and sought after brands.

You will need to be confident and able to hold your own within a collaborative team environment.

Your role will consist in part of the following:

Assisting with reps personal brand
Marketing both personal and for properties
Managing appraisals and pipelines
Oversee the sales process from O&A acceptance through to settlement
Provide exemplary customer service with a concierge approach
You must love being on the phone and followup with home sellers and buyers
Working weekends goes hand in hand with real estate. Some weekend work required

There will be plenty more to do and learn as you become the glue that fuses the Effective Business Unit and helps the team grow from strength to strength.
