About the role
Full-time permanent role responsible for employee injury management, rehabilitation, return to work and workers' compensation claims management across Calvary services and sites.
Your main duties will include:
Proactively responding to, assessing and case managing workplace injury and driving early intervention, recovery, rehabilitation and return to work objectives in accordance with Calvary's Injury Management Policy and legislative/regulatory requirements.
Engaging with, collaborating with, influencing, upskilling and managing key stakeholders in delivering on early injury intervention, rehabilitation management and return to work objectives.
Working closely with the regional leadership to deliver best practice, cost effective injury and claims management, as well as being the conduit and key point of contact with Calvary's insurer for workers' compensation claims matters.
About youRelevant experience in an injury management and/or return to work role (minimum 4 years)
Allied health qualifications or relevant experience in a similar role
Ability to effectively lead the coordination of early intervention strategies, return to work and workers compensation claims management processes
Demonstrated ability to lead, persuade, negotiate, consult with, and provide advice on injury management, rehabilitation and workers compensation claims management
