TaxNet Content Manager, Knowledge Management Branch- One (1) ongoing role in the Knowledge Management Branch, People, Culture and Capability Division
- Salary $103,920 plus 10.5% superannuation
- VPS Grade
- Based in Melbourne CBD or Ballarat, with flexibility to work from home

Find out more about working at the SRO at , or via our LinkedIn page.The opportunityThe primary purpose of this position is to manage content in TaxNet, the SRO's internal knowledge platform.
This includes identifying missing content, writing new and editing existing content across all revenue lines, and working with the business to secure their TaxNet content.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, Knowledge Management, you will be responsible for:- Managing TaxNet's content to ensure it provides users with relevant, accurate, and up-to-date content. This includes identifying missing content, writing new or editing existing content.
- Assisting with training and providing advice and assistance to SRO staff on writing for TaxNet and contributing or editing content in TaxNet.
- Assist with developing and implementing the content strategy for TaxNet content, to ensure a consistent, organisational approach.
- Contribute to the Knowledge Management Branch's strategic planning, initiatives, and improvement opportunities, including liaison across the organisation, to ensure engagement with TaxNet.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing clear, easily understood, and concise technical content with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- High level collaborative and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with, mentor and influence stakeholders.
- Welldeveloped organisational and decisionmaking skills to selfmanage, prioritise, work to tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
