About the Role:

The Rehabilitation Counsellor will manage cases of non-compensable and compensable clients to agreed Key Performance Indicators, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of the quality of services provided to customers and by the organisation, i.e.

value to the customer. The Counsellor plays a pivotal role in the delivery of business outcomes, including meeting budgetary and customer performance requirements

Criteria:

Undergraduate qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or another relevant discipline or experience that is regarded as equivalent
Full membership within the relevant peak body
Demonstrated ability to function as an effective Counsellor
Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage complex cases
Advanced computer skills
Advanced administration and organisational skills
