Spinal Life Australia is a non-profit organisation that provides expert knowledge, specialist therapies and support tailored for people with spinal cord injuries and other physical disabilities.

We're the largest provider of support services to people living with spinal cord injuries in Australia for over 60 years through Queensland and Perth.

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Internal Recruitment Coordinator on a full time basis.


What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has fantastic administration skills along with amazing people skills to conduct group presentation and interview groups.


What will you be doing in this role?

  • Conduct group presentation on a regular basis to promote Spinal Life Career opportunities.
  • Consulting with hiring managers to understand multiple location briefs & meet the business recruitment needs for Personal Support Workers for our clients.
  • High volume screening calls and conducting telephone interviews.
  • Organising interviews & facilitate group interview sessions.
  • Prepare & manage all on boarding documents i.e. contract, super, etc.
  • Process HR onboarding tasks for each of your recruits covering acceptance / linking Blue & Yellow Cards (NDIS screenings), completion of online training and accurate setup in our systems.
  • Attendance at Careers Roadshows / Expo to promote Spinal Life career opportunities with the recruitment team.

Below are requirements of the this position:

  • A minimum of 2 years office administration experience in a fast paced environment including the ability to manage extensive multiple moving and conflict deadlines.
  • Ability to manage high volume calls both incoming and initially interview briefs.
  • Confident in presenting in a small Group environment.
  • Supply a Covid 19 Certificate of Vaccination as per the Qld Health Direction for workers in a healthcare setting.
  • You will also need to complete the free online NDIS Worker Orientation Module
