About the role

At ANZ our purpose is to shape a world where people and communities thrive. We're making this happen by improving the financial wellbeing and sustainability of our customers so they can achieve incredible things
- whether they're buying a home, building a business or saving for things big or small.

You are required to develop effective working relationships with Brokers and associated business staff and internal stakeholders including Customer Service Operations (CSO) and Australia Branch Network (ABN) teams that support the end-to-end home loan proposition for Brokers.

You will work in partnership with Relationship Managers towards the achievement of segmented sales targets and portfolio growth in line with Retail Broker's strategic direction.

Your role will be responsible for:
Proactive relationship building with associated Broker support staff (e.g. loan administrators), including offshore stakeholders supporting the end-to-end processing of home loans on behalf of Brokers.

Build and maintain effective business partnerships with key internal stakeholders including CSO and ABN teams that support the end-to-end home loan proposition for Brokers.

Support the effective use of available data and reporting to draw insights and inform sales strategies from a portfolio level through to the individual Broker level.

Conduct targeted education and training with aligned Broker portfolio and Aggregator group(s), in line with agreed channel standards.
Ensure adherence to ANZ polices, processes and external regulatory requirements as applicable.
