About the role:


As the General Manager, Australia at Aspire, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the overall business growth in Australia.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction, managing key relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of Aspire's business objectives in the Australia market.


What will you be doing?

  • Develop and implement the business strategy for Aspire in the UK, aligning it with the company's overall vision and goals.
  • Lead and manage a highperforming team, including direct sales, channel partnerships, and customer success, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and resultsdriven culture.
  • Drive business development efforts to identify and secure strategic partnerships, clients, and opportunities to expand Aspire's market presence and customer base in the UK.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, such as product development, marketing, and customer support, to drive successful product launches, marketing campaigns, and customer satisfaction initiatives.

We would love to get to know you if you have the following:

  • Proven track record of at least 10+ years in a leadership role, preferably in the FinTech or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Australia market landscape, business practices, and customer needs.
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth, expanding market share, and achieving revenue targets, especially working with businesses (SMEs and Enterprises).
  • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building and managing highperforming teams.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective business strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment, and navigate through ambiguity and complexity.
