FIFO Site Administrator

15 days on 6 days off roster
12 hour days
Laverton location

Cater Care Services seeks to appoint an engaging hospitality professional to a permanent Site Administrator role at our remote mining village in Laverton

What this role involves:

Meeting guests and residents on arrival
Reservations completing all check in/ check out procedures
Answering and directing telephone enquiries
Assisting with guest and resident queries
Data entry
Account Reconciliations/ Invoices/ Banking
Incoming and outgoing mail
General Office duties
Assist the utility team in housekeeping and kitchen when required

What we require from you:

Previous administration and or utility experience
Accommodation reservations systems experience (INX Inflight)
Current Australian drivers license
National police clearance within 6 months or willing to obtain
Stable & progressive employment within a remote environment
Well developed computer literacy
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Reliable, punctual, high attention to detail & organisation skills
Commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
Professional 'cando' attitude
