The Role


This role is a key driver for identifying and delivering change initiatives and solutions and is responsible for supporting the delivery of sustainable improvements that ensure Supply Chain objectives are achieved.

In particular, optimising the return on capital investment by ensuring that the immediate and future needs and objectives of the CCEP Supply Chain are met/exceeded in regard to safety, cost, quality, environment and service levels through excellence in project delivery.

Finally, it is expected that the position will hold an area of technical expertise.

Hours of work are 6:00am - 2:00pm - Great for work/life flexibility


Key Responsibilities include:


  • Lead and actively contribute towards targeted World Class Maintenance and continuous improvement projects, that ensure plant/equipment capability and availability is maximised.
  • Identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities; using judgement and common sense in getting down to the root cause and challenging assumptions to resolve problems and test conclusions.
  • Ensure structured Root Cause Analysis is conducted and applied using CCEP standard tools and techniques.
  • Ensure maintenance activities are effectively and efficiently planned, managed and delivered to meet business requirements for area of responsibility.

What are we looking for?

  • Tertiary qualification in a Technical or Engineering discipline / Trade Qualifications with the relevant experience may be considered in lieu of Tertiary Qualifications
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environment (FMCG, food production or similar)
  • Regulatory and legal compliance knowledge and understanding the implications for the business
  • Strong focus on the customer and other people, their concerns, and requirements, with a proactive attitude to assisting them
  • Effective management, leadership, mentoring and coordination of activities within the Asset Care function.
  • Creative thinker, tenacity and dedicated to deliver improvement in asset performance and operational productivity
