Our client represents key industry brands. Our staff, support, equipment, and consumable offerings combined, provide a fully integrated paint solution to our customers throughout Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK and Asia


The Role


We are looking for a motivated Factory hand interested in pursuing a career in the paint industry moving into colour matching/batching with training provided.

Some paint background would be advantageous but is not essential


Key areas:


  • Following specific formulations
  • Coordination of time critical paint mixing orders and deliveries
  • Using equipment to blend paint
  • Have the paint ready for QC
  • Tinning and labeling paints
  • Have product ready for dispatch

Your Skills and Experience

  • Current Forklift License required
  • Color matching experience favorable
  • The ability to multitask
  • A high attention to detail
  • Good organization skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Physically fit as some items can get up to 25 kgs
