About the role

Reporting to the Managing Partner, this role is responsible for developing strong client relationships across the health sector to generate revenue for the firm, and will bring valuable and compelling services to the market, strengthening the group's value proposition and building market presence.

The role will lead proposal development and oversee the scoping, resourcing and delivery of engagements.

The Partner will take and role model responsibility for delivering successful and profitable projects that contribute to the firm's economics.

Through coaching, developing, and motivating individuals, providing regular feedback, clear goals and acknowledging success, the Partner will build high-performing teams and encourage individuals to continually develop their skills.

About you

Ideally, you have been trained in a consulting role across a 'Big Four" professional services firm and have extensive experience working with or in Victoria's health services.

Commercial and with an entrepreneurial mindset, you are adept at building networks and cultivating relationships as evidenced by your track record of growing client accounts.

You are a highly skilled consultant and facilitator who can lead proposal development and oversee the scoping, resourcing and delivery of successful engagements.

Your expertise in the design and performance of health sector services, projects and organisations ensures you are considered a trusted advisor.

Underpinning your success are your inclusive and collaborative style, and your interest and capability in coaching, mentoring, and developing staff.
