Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a technically skilled Customer Support Analyst to join a rapidly expanding fin-tech startup in Australia.


Reporting to the Head of Customer Support (ANZ), you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing excel data provided by customers and uploading information onto the platform.
  • Responding to product support issues via support tickets using Zendesk.
  • Investigating support issues that are raised and raising JIRA tickets as required.

Key Requirements:


  • Experience working in a similar support analyst role for a SaaS company will be highly regarded.
  • Must have an intermediate level of experience with MS Excel.
  • A strong attention to detail.
