- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with hand and upper extremity conditions.
- Develop individualised treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
- Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and manual techniques to improve mobility, strength, and function.
- Educate patients on self-management techniques and home exercises to enhance recovery.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress notes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Current registration and licensure with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
- Specialisation or experience in Hand Therapy is highly desirable.
- Excellent clinical assessment and hands-on therapy skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

As a Physiotherapist specialising in hand therapy, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with hand and upper extremity injuries or conditions. You will work closely with patients to develop personalised treatment plans aimed at restoring function, mobility, and strength to their hands and arms.
