About The Role:

We are looking for a talented individual to lead a team of Dyson Experts as the Store Manager of our Flagship Dyson Demo Store.

You will build a team of story tellers, passionate and ambitious Dyson Experts who will deliver outstanding product experiences - fascinating customers through presentation and demonstration of our machines while also delivering world-class service and support for our current owners.

Behind the scenes, the Store Manager will oversee operations including inventory and visual merchandising.

Our Flagship will be the pinnacle of retail experience, highly interactive and truly Dyson in its offering to our owners.

Our store will provide an integral touch point as part of the customer journey for future Dyson owners, delivering exceptional experiences through education to achieve the best possible outcome each time they use a Dyson machine.

In this role you will be the Ambassador for Dyson and be the go to for that store. The store is in a landmark, high traffic location which is highly visible.

Mains responsibilities include but not limited to:

Lead, inspire and challenge a team to deliver an optimal owner experience
focusing on strengthening experience, education and cultivating a community of Dyson owners
Continually review results, establish clear measures, share insights and revise as needed to drive store performance
Lead by example and support your team to deliver an environment that heroes our machines, delivering best in class demonstrations and experiences
Deliver a sustainable retail platform that is efficient, ever evolving and that exceeds our customer's expectations, whilst balancing this with a safe, compliant and cost controlled culture
Taking personal responsibility for achieving individual and storebased KPIs, including daily, weekly and monthly sales, customer service and store profitability targets
Launch new products and services
Continuously build product knowledge and keep updated of any product developments, while supporting the store team to do the same

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will bring a collaborative style with a passion to deliver a 5 star customer experience while driving commercial results.

You will be able to use a combination of data, insights and logic in decision making and proven ability to think long term.

You can shape long term plans into short term tactical steps and passionate about delivering brand and product experiences.

Previous skills & experience:

Track record for creating innovative solutions that solve problems and/or challenge convention
Proven experience of leading, motivating and developing a team in a premium retail environment. You have an ability and passion to inspire and challenge
Proven experience in successfully running the day to day operations of a store managing work schedules, stock management, compliance, health and safety, security and all day to day requirements of running a store
Strong relationship building and influencing skills with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work flexibly to the business needs
