What you'll
do:


  • Support the Business Improvement Team in capturing, organising and administering the technical work procedures across Operations, in accordance with development plans and training requirements.
  • Support the harmonisation of work practices and service delivery methodologies by providing information and advice to managers and employees on training requirements and training programs available and participation conditions and process.
  • Coordinate and facilitate knowledge management administration activities, reporting of technical capability programs and feedback, making recommendations for improvements where appropriate.
  • Partner with various teams across operations and People and Culture to ensure consistency in the coordination and development of the technical knowledge repository.
  • Develop and administer reports in relation to learning activities in line with budget requirements.

What we are looking for:


  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Experience in using and updating digital platforms to house accurate information relating to workplace policies, SOPs, technical training and other internal documentation.
  • Experience in coordination and planning of staff training programs.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of a knowledge management tools, LMS, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Knowledge in Document Management Systems, document version, change control & adult learning principles
