This role is accountable for providing a full range of Executive Support to the National Director and will involve a range of coordination activities, administration and reporting.


This role will be required to develop and manage relationships with a number of key internal and external stakeholders and must maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

About the role:

This role is accountable for providing a full range of Executive Support to the National Director and will involve a range of coordination activities, administration and reporting.

Some of the duties include but are not limited to:

  • Managing a range of financial processes such as expenses/invoices and travel
  • Establishing and maintaining effective departmental and confidential administrative processes and document management
  • Assisting two General Managers with diary management, minute taking and other ad hoc tasks
This position is a fixed-term 4 month contract.


Who you are:

  • Proven track record in an Executive Assistant role and management of confidential matters
  • Experience in data management, report creation/writing/Excel, proof reading/editing
  • Relevant Business qualifications such as Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration is desirable
