Woods & Co have partnered with one of Australia's leading Automotive dealerships who are seeking a HR Business Partner to collaborate with the managers and the wider HR team.


The company cultivates a vibrant and activity filled work environment and now, they eagerly await the arrival of a new team member who will own the HR space at their biggest dealership.

This is a great opportunity to work alongside a well developed company and a HR team that has their processes and procedures on lock.

What do you do?

  • Offering strategic HR consultancy to managers
  • Providing valuable advice across the business
  • Collaborating with leaders & managers to implement peopleoriented processes
  • Manage own specific HR projects
  • Prepare letters of offer and relevant employment documents
  • Assist with learning & development
  • Building on company policies, procedures, agreements & other requirements
  • Implementing employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Onboarding & Offboarding

What do you need?

  • Proven 45 Year's experience within HR generalist Advisory
  • Indepth knowledge of Australia employment legislation & compliance frameworks
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for coaching, influencing, & managing others effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to understand, support, & collaborate with various areas, levels, and functions
  • Ability to work within a team & autonomously
  • Ability to prioritise and work in a fastpaced environment
