About the role

We are currently looking for an
Electrical Supervisor with Rail Experience to work on our rail contract in the Pilbara, WA.

The role will be to lead and coordinate multiple teams and subcontractors to achieve positive outcomes. This role will require you to have electrical nominee experience (Electrical Contractor's Licence or similar). Please ensure your resume acknowledges this.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to development of work methods and plan daily/weekly production work.
Build strong internal and external stakeholder management through positive, proactive and professional communication to keep key personnel informed.
Complete progress reporting, and activities, reports for shift handovers and consistent regular reporting to the Superintendent or Project Manager
Ensure compliance of commercial and financial costs including budgets
Provide and take leadership responsibility in health, safety and environmental management.
Read and understand plans, review design documentation, read drawings, and provide constructive review and implementation of final designs
Identify and mitigate risks prior to works commencing, communicate with and engage relevant stakeholders to control risk and contribute to build a risk management culture.
