    Unter der Aufsicht des Site Production Managers ist der Field Service Engineer - Balance of Plant Mechanical (BoPm) für die Planung des mechanischen Arbeitsumfangs der Gesamtanlage und die Bereitstellung technischer Unterstützung verantwortlich. Zum Aufgabenbereich des BoPm gehören Stationskräne, Wassersysteme, Rohrleitungen, HVAC, Rohrschieber, Wasserstands- und Durchflussmessung, Luftsysteme, Ölhandhabungssysteme, Brandschutz, HVAC, Werkstattausrüstung und Brandschutzsysteme.

    Ihre Aufgaben

    • Erstellung von technischen und standortspezifischen Unterlagen für die Ausschreibung und Auswertung von Angeboten.
    • Vorbereitung von Mobilisierung und Demobilisierung, sowie Verwaltung von Bestellungen.
    • Generierung und Aktualisierung der Baustellendokumentation wie Hebeplan, Montageanweisungen, Montageprotokoll usw.
    • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von HSE- und Qualitätsplänen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Verantwortlichen.
    • Technischer Support für das Baustellenteam
    • Teilnahme an Besprechungen zur Entwurfsprüfung und Sicherstellung der feldbezogenen Entwurfsüberlegungen.
    • Vorbereitung und Pflege von Arbeitspaketen für Unterauftragnehmer.
    • Teilnahme an der kurz- und mittelfristigen Arbeitsplanung (Four Week Look Ahead).
    • Überprüfung und Unterstützung der Datenqualität (Zeitbuchung, geplante Stunden, Fortschritt) in unserer Baumanagement-Software Insite LMS.
    • Unterstützung bei der Identifizierung, Berichterstattung und Dokumentation von Abweichungen vom Umfang (Nichtkonformitäten, Reklamationen und Änderungsaufträge), Risiken und Chancen.
    • Überwachung der Einhaltung von Qualität, Zeitplan, Kosten und Korrekturmaßnahmen.
    • Durchführung regelmäßiger Besprechungen für Statusüberprüfung vor Ort, Leistungsplan usw.

    Ihr Profil

    • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich des Ingenieurwesens.
    • Fähigkeit, den Projekterfolg mit Fokus auf HSE, Qualität, Zeitplan und Budget voranzutreiben.
    • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Überwachung von BoPm-Installationen im Bereich großer Wasserkraftprojekte oder in ähnlichen Branchen. Erfahrung im Bereich Bau und/oder E&M ist erforderlich. Erfahrung auf dem australischen Markt ist wünschenswert.
    • Fundierte technische und betriebliche Kenntnisse der BoPm-Ausrüstung für Wasserkraftwerke.
    • Fundierte Kenntnisse der besten Praktiken des Bauprojektmanagements.
    • Kooperativer Teamplayer mit kunden- und menschenorientiertem Ansatz, verantwortungsbewusst und lösungsorientiert.
    • Proaktive Denkweise, um Herausforderungen zu antizipieren und Problemlösungen zu finden.
    • Umfassende Computerkenntnisse mit guten Kenntnissen in Microsoft Office und AutoCAD, Solid Edge oder vergleichbaren Programmen. SAP-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert.
    • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus.

    Bedingungen vor Ort

    • Ein typischer Dienstplan von 14 Tagen vor Ort, 7 Tage frei.
    • Ein typischer Arbeitsplan von 10 Stunden pro Tag, 7 Tage pro Woche.
    • Unterkunft im Camp wird gestellt.
