Description

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity leader to further transform our privileged access capabilities enabling Macquarie to manage privileged access securely and seamlessly in an exciting and dynamic environment.

You will manage a global team focusing on customer engagement to deliver the vision and strategy for privileged access.


As Chief Product Owner for Privileged Access you will lead the Privileged Access Team and manage the CyberArk and HashiCorp Vault platforms.


You will be a high performer with excellent people leadership skills and have a proven track record of delivery across security environments, with technical experience of identity products such as CyberArk, Ping, HashiCorp Vault or SailPoint IIQ.


Your key responsibilities include:


  • Building a vision and product roadmap that is aligned to business and cybersecurity priorities
  • Working closely with customers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and requirements, and embedded them into the vision and product roadmap
  • Driving the change and transformation of privileged access capabilities across Macquarie
  • Collaborating with the Chief Engineer and Chief Scrum Master to deliver required security outcomes using Agile ways of working
  • Bringing unique and diverse thought to solve complex identity and cybersecurity problems
  • Being a thought leader across identity and privileged access and providing technical input and oversight into solutions and designs
  • Continuously developing the team to ensure they are high performing with a collaborative and positive team culture
  • Exploring and learning about new identity technologies and different ways of working, to ensure continuous uplift and improvement
  • You will be a role model for our values of Integrity, Accountability, and Opportunity.
