About the role:

This key administration role provides support for the effective operation of the Customer Relations Team. With strong customer service support, though enquiry channels for both internal and external customers.

Covering maternity relief this position will be full time for a period of 6-12 months. You will be available to commence from mid April 2023.

To be successful you will need:

At least 2 years previous experience in office administration
Ability to build rapport with all customers both internal and external
Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to respond appropriately to enquires
Demonstrated knowledge of general office and administrative procedures including data entry
