THE OPPORTUNITY


As the Marketing Communications Manager you will lead campaign, content and marketing communications planning, management and execution for selected industry and/or product/solution portfolios.

You will also create and deliver content and campaigns based on insight that deliver the best customer experience and business results whilst delivering on time and on budget.

Joining Fujifilm as a Marketing Communications Manager will also involve:

  • Briefing agencies, requesting approvals for quotes from agencies and managing agency partner activities to ensure they deliver to the quality standard, timelines and on budget.
  • Manage the execution of campaigns, product launches and content to engage customers in collaboration with other marketing and sales teams.
  • Managing budgets for all approved activities
  • Building and managing marketing and communication plans for assigned portfolios
  • Virtual management of resources across various teams
  • Approving assets created whilst adhering to compliance requirements such as corporate identity guidelines, legal checks, privacy and Spam Act.
  • PR activity to be planned and executed with appropriate partners.

YOUR EXPERIENCE
As an experienced professional in corporate communications you will bring the below valued skills to our business:

  • A Marketing, Communications or Business Degree (with major in Communications or Marketing), journalism qualifications and relevant experience also highly regarded
  • Digital marketing savvy with experience in using Marketing Automation platforms desirable
  • Demonstrated experience using Adobe Suite experience is advantageous
  • Experience using marketing workflow tools such as Asana, Wrike, Simple advantageous
  • Previous experience in ICT industry or document management services
  • Experience working with partner marketing is essential
  • Experience and understanding of digital content best practice including sound knowledge of SEO
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively manage projects, budgets, campaigns and events
  • A customer centric mindset and an ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
  • Sound research skills and highly organised
