The Role:

Sales budgets
Leadership & ongoing training & development of the team
Performance management
Retail business acumen
Ensuring an outstanding level of customer service & experience at all times

Skills Required:

Minimum 2 years Management experience in Retail (preference in Hair AND / OR Beauty, but not essential)
Excellent business acumen experienced at managing store reports, KPIs, rosters, stock
Computer skills experienced with POS & computer systems
People management manage, train & develop a team
Communication excellent written & verbal skills
Sales driven, target focused
