_IPN Medical Centres support the Australian community, operating over 140 Practices across the country and providing over 10 million patient consultations each year.

IPN's Receptionists provide a high standard of customer service and administration to patients and Doctors.
Supporting the successful running of the centre the role includes:
- Managing confidential patient records
- Greeting patients, answering telephone calls, patient triage and booking patient appointments
- Patient billing and payment collection
- Working as part of a team supporting the Practice Manager
Skills & experience
- Medical receptionist experience (highly regarded but not essential)
- Strong proficiency in, or ability to quickly pick up document scanning processes.
- Ability to develop quality working relationships and work in a busy team environment
- Exceptional customer service, data entry and communication skills
- Proven multitasking, problem solving and time management skills
- Experience using Best Practice or other practice management software (highly desirable but not essential)
