HAYLO People are a specialist recruitment agency within the personal injury & insurance industry and we are seeking a Case Manager to join one of Australia's most trusted and well-known brands in a supportive and forward-thinking claims team.

Manage a small portfolio of workers compensation claims with a focus on proactive case management.

Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working and be a key member of the team located in Upper Mount Gravatt, Brisbane working full-time hours.

The role:

Managing a portfolio of workers compensation claims within legislative, selfinsurance and business requirements to reduce outstanding liabilities and achieve costeffective RTW (return to work) outcomes.
Engaging with key stakeholders to bring about understanding, involvement and continuous improvement with claims management.
Conducting timely and appropriate case reviews with stakeholders to ensure individual case strategies are developed, communicated and achieved.

About you:

Ideally, have existing experience in managing claims from Workers compensation, CTP or Life Insurance.
A commercially minded yet empathetic, professional with a sound understanding of strategic case management
Confidence and influencing skills and comfortable making decisions and problemsolving
Collaborative stakeholder management skills and enjoy regular interactions both internally and externally
