About the role


The position exists to provide administration support to a number of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Services in support of the coordinators at each site.

Head office is in Pennant Hills.

For your work you will be required to regularly travel around to various OSHC sites across the Northern Beaches and Northern Sydney and work flexibly and autonomously from a variety of locations.

This is a part time 20 hours per week role.


Duties

  • Working within the Children's Services Management System (Hubworks)
  • Monitoring and following up on fee payments
  • Managing the necessary administration involved in maintaining enrolments.
  • Recording and processing invoices, credit card and petty cash statements
  • Work with the Coordinator to manage the general administration involved in running a centre.

Requirements:


  • Understanding of the Australian Child Care Subsidy (CCS) process
  • Experience in the operations of childcare centres (OSHC / ELC or FDC) or in the children services sector may be beneficial.
  • Valid NSW Drivers Licence and access to an insured vehicle
  • Working With Children Check
  • National Criminal History Check
