Clicks IT Recruitment is currently working with a national organisation that plays a vital role in the safety of millions of Australians every day.
Our client is looking for an experienced Change Manager within the Cyber Security space. You will be responsible for driving the change management agenda across projects within the Digital Investment Program.The Role:
- 12 Months contract
- Eagle Farm location Hybrid 2/3 split
The Responsibilities:
- Develop, lead and deliver change management plans, leveraging frameworks, methodology and principles to deliver effective change interventions.
- Develop and maintain a broad range of relationships to influence within the value chain with their team and at peer level, and positively influence stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with training, communications and human factors colleagues to ensure that our people are fully aware and equipped to transition to the new way of working with mínimal disruption.
- Maintain an effective working relationship with the Program team to ensure that there is coordination of change activities in support of the Program's objectives.
- Work closely with the Business Change Manager and business as usual teams to effectively embed change and to ensure the change is sustained and benefits are realised.
- Actively promote and drive change using broad influencing skills to overcome barriers and gain support.
