About the role


As a Lead Educator you will lead, coach and supervise the studio team/educators through modelling a collaborative learning approach, ensuring the environment and teaching approaches are designed to enhance children's ideas.

Harmony Coorparoo is a 74 place centre with stunning indoor and outdoor environments. We offer naturalistic outdoor playscapes with real grass, sand, hay, vegetable and herb gardens. We are located close to bus stops and have plenty of parking available.


To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • The ability to provide strong foundations for children's learning and development
  • Knowledge of early childhood development
  • Current Blue Card
  • Current First Aid Certificate including asthma and anaphylaxis training
  • Current recognised resuscitation certificate
  • Certificate III, Diploma in Children's services (or ACECQA Approved qualification), or working towards
