The Role

  • Supervise and Coordinate activities of pantry, storeroom, and noncooking kitchen workers as well as purchases kitchen supplies and equipment
  • Inspections of kitchens, work, storerooms and equipment for cleanliness and order
  • Responsible for coordinating work of noncooking kitchen and workers engaged in activities such as dishwashing, silver cleaning and storage and distribution of foodstuffs and supplies
  • Knowledge and experience with safety processes

The Person

  • Experience with stocktake, goods receipting
  • A high energy and selfmotivation with the ability to motivate and direct others
  • Triple Vaccination is required
  • Drivers licence essential and forklift licence preferred
