one of Australia's' premier retailers, is expanding their dynamic dry goods team and offering exceptional opportunities with incredible pay rates starting from $41+ per hour, along with enticing weekend penalty rates


About the Role:


As a Voice Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of stock within our distribution centre.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Picking and packing orders using stateoftheart technology and equipment.
  • Operating various machinery and equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to load, unload, and move stock.
  • Conducting quality checks to maintain the highest standards of product integrity.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve daily KPI targets and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
  • Adhering to strict safety protocols and promoting a safe working environment.

Requirements:

To succeed as a Voice Picker at Client, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Experience in a similar role within a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
  • Be available for shifts 6 days a week.
  • A valid forklift license is highly desirable.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy items safely. (Up to 25kgs repetitively)
  • Consents to completing a Police check and Preemployment medical prior to start.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work area.
