  • Due to continued growth Georgiou are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our growing project based civil construction business

What we are seeking:


  • Previous experience in a civil construction supervisory position earthworks and concrete works
  • Section 44 / 26 to work on a mine site and comply with mining regulations
  • Strong ability to monitor a section of work and coordinate resources to deliver on time and budget, while upholding a high quality standard
  • An engaging and driven leader with experience in driving a high standard of work and safety
  • Previous experience of managing a large work crew
  • Be able to show competence in planning projects and recording progress
  • Strong IT and communication skills
  • Excellent safety record

What to expect in this role:

  • Monitor a part of a project to ensure your section or package of work delivered on time and budget, within quality standards
  • Lead and coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors daily
  • Manage works in accordance with the Project Management Plan
  • Have a strong focus on personal and team safety through our "Safety is My Way" initiative
  • Ensure your team is fully skilled and has the required resources to meet productivity targets
  • Drive productivity and manage the performance of your team and subcontractors
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
  • Conduct and participate in site meetings (toolboxes, prestart, inductions and other health and safety requirements)
