Our client, in the automotive industry, is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the Program Manager and the team with the delivery of business critical initiatives including a new ERP system implementation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Program Manager with the delivery of critical initiatives.
  • Define, prioritise and organise tasks to meet with Program and Project deadlines.
  • Support finance and capacity management.
  • Assist with project budget tracking.
  • Assign resource to project tasks.
  • Risk and Issue management.

Key Skills

  • Previous experience working on a large Program of work.
  • Experience scheduling and financial tracking.
  • Previous exposure to ERP implementations preferred.
  • Stakeholder management and ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
