Our client, in the automotive industry, is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the Program Manager and the team with the delivery of business critical initiatives including a new ERP system implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Program Manager with the delivery of critical initiatives.
- Define, prioritise and organise tasks to meet with Program and Project deadlines.
- Support finance and capacity management.
- Assist with project budget tracking.
- Assign resource to project tasks.
- Risk and Issue management.
Key Skills
- Previous experience working on a large Program of work.
- Experience scheduling and financial tracking.
- Previous exposure to ERP implementations preferred.
- Stakeholder management and ability to communicate at all levels.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
