Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive Clientpartner leader: Create energy and momentum to drive growth for clients
  • Understanding the current state of clientpartner's business, you will be working on finding strategic opportunities as you will function as a strategic business partner, advisor and relationship lead.
  • Connection Planning Lead: produce creative and effective work and lead the accounts frombriefing to implementation, owning the quality and accuracy of connections plans and recommendations in collaboration with strategy and digital teams.
  • Excellent collaborator: Create strong and meaningful relationships with all stakeholders (clientpartners, mediapartners, internal teams).
  • Excellent Communication: This is a clientfacing position so excellent communication and presentation skills are vital.
  • Time management & team work: With account management skills, you'll be able to build trusting relationships with clientpartners, take responsibility for the smooth running of accounts, and be able to motivate and educate internal and clientpartner teams.
  • Key lead in developing the agency's growth strategy in association with the Group Business Director.

Key Skills Required:


  • Proven experience (5/6+ years) working in media agency client service led roles and experience in developing and executing large scale crosschannel marketing campaigns.
  • Must have agency planning background for national brands.
  • You have an innate desire to form strong relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Robust knowledge of media buying strategies/tactics across brand, direct response and engagement.
  • Ability to synthesise data, make datadriven decisions and balance that with the 'art' of media strategy.
  • Strong experience in managing teams and creating a nurturing environment for growth.
  • Exceptional numerical and analytical problem solving skills including advanced excel skills.
