The Role:


The Program Performance Lead is accountable to the Manager Program Performance for leading the governance standards and processes across the delivery of IT projects.

This role will contribute to the analysis and reporting of the IT portfolio, ensuring timely and effective metrics to govern, manage and support project delivery.


This will be achieved through:

  • Leading the governance standards & processes required for project delivery, including use of systems/ tools.
  • Ensuring project governance compliance to maintain high quality and timely data for reporting analysis/ insights.
  • Delivering indepth analysis and insights into IT projects and program level status and performance including financial analysis. Challenging and providing feed
- to Project Managers on project plans, reports, risks and issues, dependencies, resourcing/ project finances.

  • Preparing high quality, timely and accurate IT Program performance reports for various governance forums.

Your Skills and Experience:


  • Understanding and experience using project management frameworks and methodologies, e.g. Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK
  • Experience in IT Program Delivery / PMO related roles
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, reporting and process analysis skills
  • Financial Acumen
  • Familiarity with core project management components relating to scope, schedule, cost and quality
  • Knowledge of Power BI and report creation and expertise in MS Project, Excel & PowerPoint
  • High level communication, relationship management, negotiation and influencing skills
