_The opportunity_


ReturnToWorkSA is looking for a
Premium Knowledge Specialist to join our Premiums team who will be responsible for maintaining and continually enhancing the technical knowledge and capabilities of our Premiums' staff.

You will play an integral role within the Premiums team who facilitate the registration of employers and the collection of workers compensation premiums from employers in South Australia


_ The position_


As
Premium Knowledge Specialist you will ensure technical capability across a range of new and existing customer facing Premiums team members.

You will utilise and maintain the premium skills competency framework, identify training opportunities, develop and deliver training and course materials to address capability gaps and maintain training records.

This role is also responsible for ensuring policy, procedures and resources are current.


_ This role will be full time and ongoing. _

_About you_


You will have proven demonstrated experience in developing competency-based training, building skills matrix for multiple roles and supporting the implementation of career pathways for the team.

In addition, you will be proficient in updating policies and tools to build and maintain capability across the team.
