Our Bowral and Picton branches are looking for an enthusiastic
Customer Service Representative to join the team and provide great service and support to IMB customers in relation to their financial needs.


The role

  • Having conversations with members face to face, over the phone and via our online channels, to assist them with their banking and insurance needs
  • Exploring new opportunities to find the right financial solutions that may improve our members position
  • Working with a team to achieve daily goals and business objectives
  • Maintaining a high level of operational adherence in line with company and regulatory standards, policies and procedures
  • Cash handling, balancing and administrative activities
  • Providing coverage across Bowral and Picton branches in a permanent relief capacity.

The Person

  • Experience in a retail, sales and/or customer service environment
  • Honesty and integrity with the ability to diligently follow and adhere to policies and procedures in a regulated financial services environment
  • Sound numeracy, cash handling experience and an accurate eye for detail
  • An aptitude for technology with proficient computer skills
  • A positive and upbeat outlook and genuinely enjoy helping others and working together to achieve common goals
  • Initiative and the ability to manage multiple activities
  • A valid Driver's License and reliable transport with the flexibility and availability to travel and work at branches within the region if and when required.
