Systems Analyst - Federal Government Organisation - 12 Month Contract + Extensions - Daily Market Rates - Spring Hill Office + WFH Flexibility
Accountabilities:
- Mentor junior analysts as an experienced system analyst
- Ensure prepared tasks for the team at all times
- Collaborate with the product owner to prioritise product features and backlog
- Create and maintain documentation (e.g., Operational guides, UI design specifications)
- Act as an interface between business, technology, and build teams
- Work in a scrumbased agile methodology for rapid analysis
- Demonstrate effective communication skills with stakeholders
- Utilise design tools (e.g., EA Sparx) for process flow and use case diagrams
Essential Requirements
- 5+ years' experience as an IT Systems Analyst
- Baseline Security Clearance
- Preferred developer background
- Practical experience with Enterprise Architect (EA) Sparx or similar tools
- Knowledge of software development and web technologies
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and vision
