Immediate opportunity for Recruitment/ Talent Specialist for inhouse talent role for busy national business.

Working closely with the experienced Talent Acquisition team you will grow and develop your skills in this exciting Talent space.

The talent team is part of a greater supportive HR team to ensure best practice and experience for stakeholders and potential new employees

Responsibilities include:

End to end recruitment ownership for role based across NSW and QLD
Coordinate briefing meetings with hiring managers to ensure solid understanding roles
Managing high volume recruitment campaigns across shared services, Sales, Warehouse and ops and Customer service
Creation and posting of advertising new ATS system
Liaising with senior stakeholders to ensure they are managing their phone screening and interviews to offer stages then ensuring all compliance admin is complete for onboarding

To be considered for interview, you must have:

Recent experience in Recruitment / Talent coordination
inhouse or agency
Excellent communication skills but written and verbal
Confidence with using multiple systems to ensure accuracy in record keeping and tracking
Drive, determination, and the ability to work independently and decisively in a fastpaced environment
A passion for recruitment and ensuring best experience for all
