Neverfail Spring Water is a great Australian success story and is a part of the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners group servicing approximately 70,000+ customers.

The business was created in 1987 by a Sydney based entrepreneur called Harry Hilliam and his family.

They lived on the Hawkesbury River and had a natural spring water source on his property called Neverfail as it "never failed to produce water, no matter how dry it got".

Fast forward to today and Neverfail is Australia's #1 spring water cooler business; it's an untapped gem from both a profitability and sustainability perspective and has significant possibilities to expand in the future.

THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity for a Scheduler has become available within the Neverfail Logistics Team. This dynamic role is one of our most important to keep our team delivering and our customers satisfied.

With over 100 delivery drivers across the country, the scheduler is responsible for ensuring customer visits are planned accurately and consistently.

In this role you will be responsible to accurately process all new and current customer requests to ensure Neverfail meets SLA's and delivers great customer service.

This role will also be part of an exciting change as we develop and embrace new scheduling technology that will revolutionise the way we provide service to our customers.

KEY RESPONBILITES FOR THIS ROLE:

Daily Creation of Optimised schedules to service Neverfails customer base across Australia.
Creation of loads that comply with CoR legislation and ensure that our drivers make it home safely every day.
Maintain accurate Master Data within Neverfail Systems.
Ensure all resources are scheduled to capacity and to meet with Neverfails Customer Service demand.
Work closely with state logistics team to develop resource planning which includes annual leave coverage and routine market activities.
Logistics support for Sales team to help develop and improve engagement that drives further improvement in consistent execution of customer service and driver schedule creation.
Daily review of work scheduled but not completed and rescheduled within Neverfail SLA.
