Group Claims Consultants - Multiple Positions Available All Experience Levels Welcome
Our client, a leading life insurer, currently has multiple openings at all levels for Group Claims Consultants.


We are looking for a proactive and skilled claims assessor who is eager to take on new challenges within a well-run and inclusive business environment.

Previous experience in managing life insurance claims is essential for success in this role.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing assessment of corporate claims: You will be responsible for handling claims related to Life, TPD (Total and Permanent Disability), Trauma, and Income Protection (IP) products. Additionally, you will contribute to the growth of the team by mentoring others and providing valuable training.
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships: Effective communication skills, including active listening and empathy, are crucial to building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • At least one year of experience in an insurance claims or insurancerelated role.
  • A proven track record of handling various products, including Income Protection, TPD, Terminal Illness, Trauma, and Death claims. This experience will be highly valued.
  • Ideally, a degree in a relevant discipline.
