    • Monitoring sales information and making the profitability and practical case for viable reprints.
    • Working with internal and external contributors, setting deadlines and briefs for them for writing and delivery of material for new projects.
    • Editorial duties such as advising on and controlling content, liaising with authors, managing copyediting and proof reading.
    • Briefing and project managing freelance staff and printers (including obtaining advance quotations) on reprints and new projects.
    • Picture research, negotiating image fees with suppliers, copyright clearance and rights management. Organising and managing image file assets and image rights and maintaining meticulous records.
    • Controlling production schedules, budget and specification, as well as providing detailed records on the challenges and successes in the project.
    • Supporting the team by researching information for marketing plans; preparing marketingcopy for the publishing list; preparing, compiling and updating publishing information for various social media outputs.
    • Supporting order fulfilment to the trade distributor.
The deadline is Tuesday 07 May 2024 at 12:00.
