Exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable officer to work with a leading Australian construction organisation based in Melbourne's Western Suburbs.

This is a part-time (3 days) 3 month temporary assignment with an immediate start.

As the Accounts Payable Officer you will be responsible for:

Maintaining and updating procurement and subcontractor registers as needed
Scanning and uploading invoices
High volume data entry of subcontractor payments claims and invoices
Resolving supplier queries
Experience processing high volumes of invoices
Fast and accurate data entry skills
Highlevel attention to detail
Intermediate Excel skills
