Key Requirements:

46 years of experience in financial services, corporate development, investment banking, toptier accounting, or consulting firms
An undergraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related quantitative discipline (postgraduate qualifications are a plus)
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think logically and strategically
Strong collaboration and relationshipbuilding skills

Responsibilities:

Work on acquisitions, divestments, strategic projects, and performance improvement initiatives
Lead specific aspects of M&A projects and manage daytoday operations
Design and build valuation and financial models
Evaluate strategic options and potential acquisition targets
Manage due diligence processes
Support strategic planning and investment processes
Develop clear and compelling business presentations for senior executive audiences
Participate in strategic projects and initiatives across the Group
Supervise and assist in the training and development of junior team members
