Key Requirements:

  • 46 years of experience in financial services, corporate development, investment banking, toptier accounting, or consulting firms
  • An undergraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related quantitative discipline (postgraduate qualifications are a plus)
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think logically and strategically
  • Strong collaboration and relationshipbuilding skills

Responsibilities:


  • Work on acquisitions, divestments, strategic projects, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Lead specific aspects of M&A projects and manage daytoday operations
  • Design and build valuation and financial models
  • Evaluate strategic options and potential acquisition targets
  • Manage due diligence processes
  • Support strategic planning and investment processes
  • Develop clear and compelling business presentations for senior executive audiences
  • Participate in strategic projects and initiatives across the Group
  • Supervise and assist in the training and development of junior team members
