As an Experience Designer, you will be working with a multidisciplinary team of squad members and business stakeholders focussed on designing simple and seamless experiences and customer touch points for ANZ's Digital Origination platform.

Whilst leading your craft, you will coach other designers and project/team members in design, present to stakeholders/partners/clients and work collaboratively with your team to improve our customers financial wellbeing.

What will you bring?


To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:5+ years as an experienced UX (Experience) Designer with solid background across both digital and non-digital experiences.


Deep knowledge of digital channels and platforms which maximises overall digital execution, innovation and delivery of user led customer and commercial outcomes; and how these may relate to an offline environment.

Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.

Ability to use research to develop complex information architecture based on user needs and focus content areas.


Confident with a range of design software tools (Figma, Miro, Adobe Suite) whilst being open and adaptive to new trends and technologies.

Strong knowledge of Design Systems.


Proven experience in conducting user testing including automated testing, interviews, and observation; and turning these observations into traceable actions for designers and developers.

Excellent stakeholder management, storytelling and influencing skills.

A design champion who advocates the value of design across the teams.

A confident and empathetic leadership style with excellent communication skills.

Ability to present messages in a clear, concise and compelling manner.

A growth mindset, resilient nature, and an ability to cope and support others during uncertainty

You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
