Dubbo Team Leader
Full time or Part time Options
A fantastic opportunity exists to join Cerebral Palsy Alliance as the Team Leader of the CPA Dubbo Therapy Team
The Dubbo therapy team in 2024 will consist of 7 therapists, one allied health assistant and one Client Services Consultant. Our centre is extremely well equipped to support the caseload of clients and families That CPA supports, most of whom are 0-18 years old. The team also provides service in the community and works closely with our team in Orange to service clients across the Central West.
This position is currently a part time role, however the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities or manage a clinical caseload could also be considered for the right candidate. At CPA we aim to be as flexible as possible to suit your lifestyle and balance the needs of the team.
In this role you will be supported not only by the Regional Manager (to whom the position reports) but by a network of therapy leaders across CPA, 5 of whom also support regional areas. You will also have access to various modes of leadership training including online courses and face to face sessions facilitated by Regional Managers, internal business partners and external subject matter experts.
A healthcare or clinical background is essential.
