What this job involves:


Leading a talented team, you will be responsible for the overall performance of a mix of A & B Grade commercial assets based in and around the CBD and North Sydney.


You'll deliver an exceptional quality of service to the client and our customers, develop strategic plans for the properties and work closely with the building owners optimising asset performance.

With the support of inhouse specialists you will offer CRM support to your clients in areas of tenant retention and activations; sustainable and net zero pathways; opportunities for costs saving and strategic repositioning and upgrades.


This is a broad ranging management role requiring a wide range of expertise including financial analysis, preparation of income, operating expenditure & capital expenditure budgets, monthly reporting, WH&S and identifying sustainable opportunities, always adding value and improving the customer experience.


In this role you will be a key support to a team to Property and Operational managers who look to the GM for guidance in their role in offering support to the client and tenants.

You will be confident in your experience and ability to lead a team and offer direction to all stakeholders.


Sound like you? This is what we are looking for:
Previous experience managing office assets as a Senior Property Manager is required.

Furthermore, you will hold outstanding leadership qualities, stakeholder management skills, a high level of commercial acumen and superior interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.

You'll need the personality and standing to be an ambassador for the asset representing the client, JLL, tenants, customers and the community.


A demonstrated ability to add value to a property asset through identifying value enhancing and/ or essential capital works, as well as the achievement of sustainability outcomes will be critical to your success.

A Real Estate Licence is required.
