Our client is a leader in Australia's commercial and residential air-conditioning business.
The role
An exciting opportunity for a customer service representative has become available. Based in Scoresby, this role is temporary, with the potential to become permanent in early 2023. Mon - Fri, full-time hours with flexibility.
Your duties:
- Answering incoming calls promptly; assisting with product and servicing inquiries
- Capturing sales order entries accurately in SAP
- Coordinating order changes concerning model numbers, stock availability and delivery detail
- General administrative duties
Your skills:
- Excellent communication skills; engaging and professional phone manner
- Experience with SAP/Salesforce advantageous
- Intermediate computer skills
- Strong time management skills
- Calm and consistent productivity, dealing with a high volume of inbound calls
